Accessory Building Demolition & Haul-Away
A small accessory building on an Oregon City property — torn down, loaded out, and the site left clean in a single day.
The Problem
The homeowner had a small additional building on the property that had outlived its usefulness. It was taking up space they needed and had deteriorated to the point where it wasn't worth repairing. They needed it gone — structure, debris, and all — without tearing up the surrounding yard in the process.
Before
The Work
We brought in a mini excavator and a Bobcat to work the structure down efficiently. The building was demolished and the material sorted as we went — roofing, framing, and siding all loaded directly onto the truck for haul-away. The Bobcat handled the heavy lifting and loading while the excavator worked the structure apart. Everything was hauled to the appropriate disposal facility the same day. No debris left behind, no return trips needed.

The Result
The structure was down and the site was clean by end of day. The homeowner got back usable space on their property without any lingering mess. One crew, one day, done.
